Joseph M. Spindle

Joe Spindle has a background in civil and criminal law, working for multiple personal injury firms as well as state prosecutorial agencies and the federal government.  As a prosecutor, Joe successfully prosecuted violent crimes, international organized crime, public corruption, and white collar crimes.  Joe has received multiple awards recognizing his work from the New Mexico Attorney General's Office, the United States Secret Service (USSS), and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  Joe has substantial trial experience in federal, state, and metropolitan court, trying approximately 60 felony trials.  Born and raised in Edgewood, New Mexico, Joe is a graduate of Moriarty High School, New Mexico State University, and the University of New Mexico School of Law.
